Startup Jobs Berlin, Munich & Germany
Build one profile.
Stop sending eighty applications.
GENZ4GTM is Germany's youngest startup talent marketplace, founded in Berlin in 2025 by Arian Abri. Early-career talent builds one profile across four tracks, Sales, Generalist, Commercial and Techy, and does one interview with us. When a startup's role fits, the profile lands in that startup's Slack as a Talent Drop, with the interview evaluation attached. Contact details only go out once the candidate says yes to the intro. Berlin and Munich are the biggest hubs, and we also work with companies in Cologne, Hamburg and across Germany, bootstrapped as well as VC-backed. Always free for candidates.

The problem with job boards
LinkedIn, Indeed and StepStone show you jobs and leave the rest to you. You apply to eighty listings, hear back from three, and never find out why the other seventy-seven went quiet.
Startups have the mirror problem. A founder posts one role and gets four hundred applications they have no time to read, while the person who would have been great never saw the posting. On a marketplace you build one profile instead of re-applying, and founders get a few interviewed people instead of four hundred CVs.
Pick one of four tracks
You choose the kind of work you want, because job titles change from company to company.
Sales
Outbound, pipeline and closing. SDR and BDR roles to start, account executive once you have a track record. It's the fastest way into a startup with no prior experience, and we judge your instincts, so you don't need a sales CV.
Generalist
Founders associate and chief-of-staff style roles at early-stage companies. You do whatever the week needs: hiring, ops, fundraising prep, a bit of everything. Most of these openings never get posted publicly.
Commercial
Marketing, customer success, partnerships and account management. Strong fit if you'd rather build relationships and narratives than run cold outbound.
Techy
Technical and GTM engineering roles: internal tooling, automation, data, RevOps systems. Often the hardest roles to spot on a job board, and the ones where analytical people have the most impact.
How it works
- 1
Pick your track
Sales, Generalist, Commercial or Techy. You choose the kind of work, and you can change it later.
- 2
Build your profile
City, availability, education, work history, languages, LinkedIn and your CV. About ten minutes.
- 3
Interview with us
One call with questions from day-to-day tech-sales work: tool stack, process, discovery. You get your evaluation (a TL;DR plus strengths and gaps) and free interview prep.
- 4
Land in a Talent Drop
When a startup's role fits, your profile goes straight into that startup's Slack channel with your evaluation. Your contact details only go out once you say yes to the intro.
- 5
Intro and start
The founder taps Intro please and we connect you. Usually one to two rounds, often with the founder directly. Three to six weeks from profile to offer is typical. Free interview preparation throughout.
For companies: Talent Drops in your Slack
You connect GENZ4GTM to your Slack, answer a few questions about the role in two minutes, and see the terms and the draft agreement before a 30-minute call with Arian. After the call, interviewed profiles land in your own channel as Talent Drops: role, city, latest experience and the evaluation. You tap Intro please, the person says yes, and we make the warm intro by email. You never log into a portal, search a database or open a shortlist PDF.
- 20% of the hire's first-year gross, base or OTE depending on the deal
- Invoiced on their first day of work, not when you sign with us
- 60-day replacement guarantee included
- No retainer, no monthly fee, no kickoff fee
- Bootstrapped and VC-backed teams both welcome
Why a Talent Drop beats a CV pile
A job post gets you four hundred CVs and no context. Recruiters screen for proxies (degrees, previous titles, name-brand employers), then forward a PDF and ask you to trust the filter. A Talent Drop is one person, interviewed by someone who has done the job, with the evaluation attached, delivered where your team already works.
- We interview every person before they land in a drop
- The evaluation travels with the profile: TL;DR, strengths and gaps
- Drops land in your Slack, no extra tool and no login
- Candidates build one profile instead of re-applying for every new role
- People from non-traditional backgrounds get a fair look

Frequently asked questions
- What is GENZ4GTM?
- GENZ4GTM is Germany's youngest startup talent marketplace, founded in Berlin in 2025 by Arian Abri. Early-career candidates build one profile in one of four tracks (Sales, Generalist, Commercial or Techy) and do one interview with us. Startups connect us to their Slack and get interviewed profiles as Talent Drops with the interview evaluation attached, then a warm intro once the candidate says yes. Berlin and Munich are the biggest hubs, but we also work with companies in Cologne, Hamburg and other German cities. 2,000+ candidates from 28 countries. Always free for candidates.
- How do I get a startup job in Berlin without experience?
- Build one profile on GENZ4GTM instead of applying to eighty listings. You pick a track, add your city, availability, education, work history, LinkedIn and CV. Then you do one interview with us, and when a startup's role fits, your profile lands in that startup's Slack as a Talent Drop. No degree and no prior sales experience required. Most people who get hired go from profile to offer in three to six weeks.
- Is GENZ4GTM free for candidates?
- Yes. Building a profile, the interview with us, interview prep and getting placed through GENZ4GTM are always free for candidates. The hiring company pays GENZ4GTM, never the person getting hired.
- Which roles can I get through GENZ4GTM?
- Four tracks. Sales covers outbound, SDR and account executive work. Generalist covers founders associate and chief-of-staff style roles where you do whatever the week needs. Commercial covers marketing, customer success and partnerships. Techy covers technical and GTM engineering roles, data and internal tooling. You pick the track that fits how you work.
- Do I need a CV to apply to GENZ4GTM?
- Yes, you upload a CV as part of your profile. The Talent Drop a founder receives also carries your role, city, latest experience and the evaluation from your interview with us. Your contact details only go out once you say yes to an intro.
- How do companies get to me through GENZ4GTM?
- Through Talent Drops. Each startup has its own Slack channel with us. When one of their roles fits your track, city and profile, we send your profile into that channel with the evaluation from your interview. The founder taps Intro please, we ask you, and only if you say yes do we make the warm intro with your contact details. Companies do not browse a database of candidates.
- What does GENZ4GTM cost a company?
- A 20% success fee on the hire's first-year gross salary, base or OTE depending on the deal, invoiced on their first day of work. No retainer, no monthly fee, no kickoff fee. A 60-day replacement guarantee is included, so if the hire does not work out in the first 60 days we replace them.
- Does GENZ4GTM only work with VC-backed startups in Berlin and Munich?
- No. Berlin and Munich are Germany's biggest tech hubs, so most roles sit there, but we also work with companies in Cologne, Hamburg and other German cities, and with bootstrapped teams as well as VC-backed ones. We care that the company hires early-career people and gives them real ownership.
- How long does it take to get a startup job through GENZ4GTM?
- Three to six weeks from profile to offer is typical. Building the profile takes about ten minutes. After that it depends on which roles are live in your track and city. Most processes run one to two interview rounds, often with the founder directly.
- Can I get a startup job in Germany if I don't speak German?
- Not through GENZ4GTM. All four tracks (Sales, Generalist, Commercial and Techy) require German at C2 level, and we check it in the interview. Some international startups hire in English, but not through us.
- What is a startup talent marketplace?
- A startup talent marketplace is two-sided: candidates build one profile instead of applying role by role, and startups get matched people instead of posting an ad and waiting. On GENZ4GTM the match arrives as a Talent Drop in the startup's Slack, an interviewed profile with the evaluation attached. It differs from a job board, where you apply into a void, and from a classic agency, which hands over a CV pile without telling you how the person performs in a conversation.
