Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early Expiration of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation expires prematurely if:
- You have expressly requested that we begin with the performance of the service before the end of the cancellation period
- The service has been fully performed and we only began with the performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of cancellation once the contract has been fully performed by us
Special Information for Hiring Services
For B2B Clients (Companies)
When contracting with entrepreneurs (B2B), the statutory right of cancellation generally does not apply. Cancellation options are regulated in the individual service agreement.
For B2C Clients (Private Individuals)
If you are a consumer and have explicitly requested that we begin with the performance of hiring services before the end of the cancellation period (e.g., by active candidate search), the right of cancellation expires once we have fully performed the service with your consent.
If a placement has already occurred during the cancellation period and you cancel the contract, we are entitled to charge reasonable compensation for services already rendered, unless you exercised your right of cancellation within the deadline.
