We send you messages in WhatsApp only about your request, roles and scout events, never third-party advertising. Data we need beyond the conversation is stored in our applicant management system (see Recruitly below).

Data may be transferred to the USA. Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR apply.
Storage period: The conversation stays in WhatsApp while your request is open and is deleted no later than 6 months after the last message. When you join our talent pool, for example on genz4gtm.com/start, we process your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, preferred tracks, German level, preferred locations and availability. If you reached us through an ad, we also store the campaign and ad you came from (UTM parameters). We use this data to contact you by email or phone, to send you your next steps and to introduce you to startups that fit your profile.
We manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system Recruitly (Recruitly.io, a division of The SOO Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Recruitly processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, this is based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
