TTFT & TPOT (TTFT/TPOT)
Time To First Token and Time Per Output Token. TTFT = how long you wait until the first word appears. TPOT = how quickly the remaining words arrive. Like in a restaurant: TTFT is how long you wait for the menu, TPOT is how fast the courses come.
