- A flat bounty per placement, agreed before you refer anyone. It is not a percentage and it does not depend on the salary.
- How much work is it?
- One message per intro. We do the screening, the scheduling and the follow-up.
- Do you contact my network directly?
- No. Nobody hears from us until you have made the intro yourself.
- What happens to my data?
- Your application lives in our recruiting pipeline and nowhere else. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
