Quota

A sales target that a salesperson is expected to hit in a given period (monthly or quarterly). Quotas can be based on meetings booked (SDRs), revenue closed (AEs), or retention metrics (CSMs).

Example

An SDR might have a quota of 12 qualified meetings per month. An AE might have a quarterly quota of €150k in new revenue.
