Quantisierung
Compressing a model by reducing the precision of numbers. Instead of 32-bit numbers, just 4-bit. The model becomes 4–8x smaller and faster, losing minimal quality. Like saving a photo as JPEG instead of RAW. Makes AI deployment cheaper for startups.
