Guardrails

Leitplanken

Rules that stop the AI from doing something harmful, like 'Never output personal data' or 'Don't make pricing promises.' They work like guardrails on a highway: you can drive how you like, but you can't veer off the road. Any customer-facing AI in GTM needs them.
