Fine-Tuning
Feinabstimmung
Extra tutoring for a finished model: you train it on your own data so it matches your style and domain better. Fine-tuning changes how the model responds. It does NOT teach the model new knowledge, which is what RAG is for.
Example
A GTM team fine-tunes a model on their top-performing sales emails so it writes in their brand voice automatically.

Zusätzliche Nachhilfe für ein fertiges Modell: Man trainiert es mit eigenen Daten, damit es besser zum eigenen Stil und Bereich passt. Feinabstimmung ändert, wie das Modell reagiert. Sie lehrt das Modell KEINE neuen Kenntnisse, dafür ist RAG da.
