Agent / Agentischer Workflow
An AI that decides on its own what to do next instead of only answering. It can use tools, search the web, run code, and keep going based on the results. In GTM, agents can research prospects, qualify leads, and draft outreach sequences on their own.
Example
An AI SDR agent that researches a prospect on LinkedIn, checks their company's funding status, identifies pain points, and drafts a personalized cold email without human input.
