GTM Generalist (m/w/d)

We protect publishers from the AI scrapers and bots that copy their content without consent, so they control who accesses their work and on what terms. We start with publishing, where the problem bites hardest, but the same reckoning is coming for every industry with content worth protecting. Small, fast team in Berlin, backed by Antler and operator-angels, already live with paying customers. The Role A true generalist seat next to the founders. You run full-circle customer acquisition: build the list, write the outbound, book the meetings, help close. You also build the machinery that makes it repeatable, plus the back-office and investor glue that keeps everything moving. What you'll do Build target lists in Attio and run outbound through Clay, Lemlist, and Apollo: research, sequences, follow-up, first calls Help build the numbers, define the targets, the cadence, and the quotas Sit in on discovery and demo calls, then start running your own Keep the pipeline clean and the back office moving: CRM hygiene, contracts, invoicing Support fundraising: data rooms, investor updates, metrics, deck iterations Once the motion is proven, open a new vertical: first outreach, first customers, first playbook Who you work with You'd be employee number four, working directly with the two founders and the three-person team in our Berlin office. You report to the founders, you touch every part of the business, and no one chases you for your pipeline.
