Founder's Associate Salary Range: €70K – €90K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus We’re looking for a Founder's Associate who will act as a versatile "Swiss Army knife" for •••'s leadership, tackling high-impact challenges across every function of the business. In this role, you will be the primary engine for strategic initiatives, moving rapidly from research and analysis to hands-on execution and process optimization. What You'll Do 🎯 Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Spearhead high-priority projects across product, marketing, and finance to directly contribute to •••'s key expansion objectives. Execute Problem Solving & Building: Dive into complex business problems, conduct rapid data analysis, and build implemented solutions in close collaboration with the CEO and Founders. Optimize Operational Excellence: Identify internal inefficiencies and lead the implementation of new tools and workflows to enhance company-wide productivity and scalability. Coordinate Cross-Functional Sprints: Act as a central catalyst between technical and business teams to ensure seamless execution and total alignment on critical company milestones. Generate Market Insights: Perform rigorous competitive analysis and financial modeling to evaluate new ventures and provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making.
