Ramp Period / Ramp Time

The time it takes for a new hire to reach full productivity. During ramp, quotas are typically reduced (e.g., 50% in month 1, 75% in month 2, 100% by month 3). If you're starting as an SDR, ask what your ramp looks like before you sign.
