Account Executive (AE)

A salesperson responsible for closing deals and managing the full sales cycle. AEs typically receive qualified leads from SDRs and take over from the discovery call through to contract signing.

After an SDR books a meeting, the AE runs the demo, handles objections, negotiates pricing, and closes the deal.
